Since names of SKYMAG 2017 invited speakers are now known, it is time to open the abstract submission for the 15 contributed talks and many posters that will help to promote stimulating exchange and discussions.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
As there is a limited number of participants (160, including max 40 PhD students), the Scientific Committee will make a selection of contributed talks, posters and participants in general, based on the abstracts received.
For this, please use one of the templates (.rtf / .odt / .doc), and send it to skymag2017@gmail.com by the 28th of February.
REGISTRATION:
The Scientific Committee will notify you if your abstract is accepted on the 15th of March. Registrations will be open at that time
- Meals (except from coffee breaks and the cocktail) and accomodations are not comprised in the registration fees.
- Fee for permanent researchers and other: 200€ exclusive of tax.
- Fee for non permanent researchers (max 40 individuals out of 160 participants): no registration fee.
The registration page will open in the 16th of March after the abstracts are selected.
